Delivery Policy

### 1. Method of Delivery
All deliverables produced by Polash3D are 100% digital goods. No physical packages will be shipped.
* Deliverables (MP4, MOV, 4K EXR, PNG) are hosted securely via cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io).
* Download links are dispatched directly to the client’s registered email address upon final payment settlement.

### 2. Standard Turnaround Time
* **Single Product Renders:** 2 – 4 business days.
* **3D Commercial Animations (15 – 30 seconds):** 5 – 10 business days, depending on project complexity and simulation requirements.
* Expedited/Rush delivery options are available upon upfront agreement.
